Child Care First Aid Course |

Anyone who works in a daycare or with a day home agency must take a Child Care First Aid Course.
This course is similar to Standard First Aid in that it covers many of the same topics. The focus of the Child Care course is to provide specific first aid training for children, such as infant and child CPR. See the course outline below for more detailed information.
Course Length: 18 hours

- Approved By Workplace Health And Safety
- Valid For 3 Years
- One day retraining course available prior to expiry of
- Certificate.

- Airway, Breathing And Cardiovascular Emergencies (Infant and Child CPR)
- Recognizing Signs Of Illness
- Medical Conditions
- Wounds And Bleeding

- Burns And Environmental Injuries
- Poisons
- Child Abuse And Neglect
